I love this clock, numbers are big, it easy see the difference times between the 12/24 hour clock, which is handy when you have to set appliances when they need the 24 hour clock. No ticking noise. My children love it to.

This is the best clock I have found for teaching the time, there is nothing comparable. It allows learners to begin with all the information required then gradually remove bits until they are using a standard clock. For example just having minutes which are multiples of 5 labeled etc. The only improvement I could think of would be to change the fractions to words, i.e. 1/4 to quarter, and 1/2 to half. Children learn to sound out words like quarter and half much sooner than they grasp the concept of notation of fractions. The fact the watch and clock face are identical is really useful for learning on the go. I can’t speak for the longevity of the clock as we have only just purchased it however I am very pleased that it is a smooth second hand, so there is no annoying tick and it isn’t distracting when just starting out telling the time.
