Shipping of Orders
We will try to process and dispatch your items within 1 business day of order completion. Depending on the shipping address we will dispatch your order from one of the following locations;
UK: EasyRead Time Teacher Ltd, Unit 20 Link Business Centre, Link Way, Malvern, Worcs WR14 1UQ
UK orders are dispatched from our UK warehouse. Depending on the total weight of the order the customer will be offered suitable shipping options whilst proceeding through the checkout process. Most orders are sent by Royal Mail 1st Class post with the option for Signed For post if required. For orders over 2kg in weight please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to request a quote for the shipping price. We will provide the best price we can find, depending on the size of the order. Orders will not be shipped until the shipping cost has been paid by the customer.

Orders for delivery to Australia, New Zealand, Oceana and Asia are dispatched from our Australian distributor, Avantco (AUS) Pty Ltd. Shipping options and prices will be presented during the checkout process.
USA: Orders for delivery in the USA and Canada are mostly dispatched from our stock held in Amazon fulfilment centers. Deliveries can take up to one week depending on where the items are being dispatched from and to. If we do not have adequate stock available at Amazon we will dispatch the order from our UK warehouse. Shipping options and prices will be presented during the checkout process.
Rest of World
Orders for delivery to other world locations are dispatched from the most convenient EasyRead Time Teacher warehouse. Shipping options and prices will be presented during the checkout process.
Returns, refunds & exchanges
We offer a 30 day no quibble returns policy if you’ve changed your mind after receiving your order. All items must be returned unused in the original packaging for either an exchange or refund. Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received.
We offer a 1 year full replacement warranty for any items that are received faulty or develop a defect within that period. This does not extend to items damaged by the customer.
